Challenge: In a highly competitive travel industry, this client was faced with the challenges of a fragmented supplier base, poor colour management, inconsistent branding, reduced speed to market and fluctuating supplier pricing.

Solution: In order to deliver project visibility, stringent quality control and brand consistency, our team worked closely with the Marketing Team. Our Advanced Digital Asset Management system has ensured strict version control and brand integrity. Specific pre-mixed PMS colours and the distribution colour swatches throughout the supplier network has ensured colour quality.

Our online platform, SPLASH Magic, is critical in tracking the distributions online and ensuring timely delivery to maximise the effectiveness of various promotions.
