System and Product Innovation: Deployed an innovative pathology test system, now adopted by other pathology companies.
Form Rationalisation: Consolidated 49 forms into a single standardised form, saving 45% in the first year.
Design and Size Efficiencies: Optimised label designs and sizes, including a common Aliquot label, ensuring significant cost savings.
Generic Label Creation: developed generic labels for economies of scale and centralised sourcing, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
