Faced with the challenge of creating engaging local area marketing for each centre that met corporate guidelines, this brand required an intuitive, accessible, and customisable solution that allows centre directors and teams to reach their target audience. With over 600 centres nationally, in an industry where brand compliant Local Area Marketing is critical, this customer required a solution that centralised communications, removed manual processes, streamlined campaigns, and delivered strategic value. Budgetary limitations require management at a per site level, and multiple users need the ability to access and order on behalf of each centre. Additionally, this client has a huge focus on ethical sourcing and considerate solutions, seeking innovative and sustainable suggestions that support their operations, budgetary goals, and overall values.



Our solution

We provide total print management and strategic procurement to this brand, which involves delivering printed collateral, apparel, kitted campaigns, and Local Area Marketing (LAM) services to over 600 childcare centres nationwide. We are also responsible for scheduled and ad hoc marketing distributions, including the production, fulfilment and dispatch of various items such as flyers, large format posters, corflute signs, apparel, and other marketing materials.

Our innovative Vident platform is critical to tracking distributions and ensuring timely delivery of promotional campaigns, targeted to both centre staff, and existing and potential families. Additionally, Vident has provided greater visibility in warehousing, distribution and inventory management costs for our customer, whilst also enabling stakeholder access to real time information relating to their product suite. This brand also utilise the portal to empower their educators to create brand conformant print and digital LAM materials through our intuitive templating solution.

To ensure complete brand compliance for all LAM activities, our portal provides access to self-guided courses for educators that feature a combination of video and written content aimed as providing suggestions for successful marketing campaigns.
